Who we are
This website is operated for Mindsphere Psychology, the practice of Ms Almaas, a registered general psychologist based in Prahran and Richmond, Victoria. Email enquiries are received at hello@wellspacepsychology.com.au, an inbox managed on the practice behalf by Wellspace Psychology.
Information we collect
Through this website we only collect the information you choose to give us. If you complete the enquiry form, that includes:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number, if you provide it
- whether you would like a discovery call
- the message you write in the reason for reaching out field
Please share only what is needed to make first contact. We ask that you avoid including sensitive health details in the enquiry form, as those conversations are better held once care has begun.
How we use your information
We use the information you send to respond to your enquiry, arrange a discovery call or appointment, and answer your questions. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How your enquiry is handled
Enquiries submitted through this website are sent to the practice email inbox so we can reply. Email is convenient but not perfectly secure in transit, so please keep the detail you share to what is comfortable. Once you become a client, your health information is kept in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, and with the Health Records Act 2001 (Victoria).
Storage and security
Enquiry information is stored within the practice email and practice management systems, with access limited to those who need it to respond to you. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is needed, then remove it.
Cookies and analytics
This website is intentionally simple. It does not set advertising cookies or build a profile of you. Any basic measurement used to keep the site running is limited and does not identify you personally.
